School Cultural Camps

Servicing our traditional homelands of South East Queensland and North East New South Wales, you can bring your school or group from anywhere in Australia or from overseas to share our beautiful homelands and learn from our cultural knowledge systems.

Our Aboriginal cultural school camps are for all students regardless of background or year level. We offer an inclusive, educational, fun and authentic cultural experience. Be immersed in traditional knowledge, skills and the sacred spirituality of connecting to country through language, stories and songs of this ancient culture and land.

“Our cultural camps programs are filled with skills such as critical and creative thinking, communication and collaboration, they also help develop non-cognitive skills like self-confidence and teamwork”.

Uncle Boomerang

Our mission is to create positive change in the lives of students, teachers and young people by delivering specialised Aboriginal cultural learning, outdoor environmental experiential education programs and vocational education and training.

At every camp we share Aboriginal traditional and contemporary songs in language and family dreaming stories around the campfire, stargazing and Aboriginal astronomy, Aboriginal Science and spiritual ceremony.

Students and teachers have access to comfortable residential facilities, specialised equipment, unique learning sites and experienced educators delivering programs through day excursions during either 2- or 3-day cultural camp experiences.
